TO ALL OF ITS NECESSARY STOPS AND THEN SENDS IT BACK TO OUR AGENCY WHO WILL THEN SEND IT TO AFRICA!!! SO VERY VERY SOON, WE WILL BE "PAPER READY" AS THE ADOPTION SAYING GOES, AND READY FOR A REFERRAL! YAY!!! THIS PAPER CHASING PHASE TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN EXPECTED THIS ROUND...MUST BE A VERY SPECIAL BABY ON THE WAY INDEED!
