Congratulations, Steve and Melissa!

Anyone need a financial advisor? I know a good one! That isn't really the point of this long overdue post, though. We just got back from our nearly two month "midwest tour," and we're all a bit exhausted, not quite adjusted to the time change, and overwhelmed with all that has to be done here on the homefront. But bit by bit, things will get back to normal. One of the many wonderful events of the summer however was the announcement of Steve's engagement! He and Melissa have been dating awhile, and we are so excited for them.

We LOVE her, and I'm so blessed to be able to add this wonderful woman to my list of fabulous sister-in-laws! Congratulations, Steve and Melissa! This picture of you two at the museum cracks me up! I know you'll love it that I posted it here! ;Here's some recent pics of Steve with the family this summer:

P.S. No word yet on when the big day will be, but I know they're leaning toward a private island ceremony-just the two of them, the waves, some orchids, and maybe a ukulele...

Yes WE DO LOVE HER and welcome her to the family. She is a doll and a wonderful addition to Steve's life. Sure is quiet around here now that you and the boys are gone. Hope to do it again next year only add Tim to the mix. Glad you are home safe and sound.
Love ya, Mom
